After much research, I came to the conclusion that the only way to
eat mayonnaise that is both delicious and safe, is (of course) to
make it yourself.
It really is only natural if you think about it
As such, I started to carefully select which ingredients to use,
while paying close attention to the taste as well as the health of
our customers in creating a natural and preservative free
mayonnaise. Keeping these concepts in mind, I began this
endeavour.
To make our ideal mayonnaise, free of preservatives, I needed to
procure eggs of the highest quality. After many hardships in trying
to find the right ingredients, I finally decided to begin the
production of our mayonnaise after President Ise of the
SeiAgriSystem presented me with an offer that would allow me to
achieve what I had originally aimed for.
