Contract

SGS or equivalent at seller’s cost at loading port.

shipment and/or as per ship tankers
available upon confirming by Buyer

First trial

The
first trial shipment will be done within *0 to *0 days from the

Payment
Mode: By
the Irrevocable, Transferable DLC (Documentary Letter of
Credit)

USD: DLC has to be
issuedfrom a top *0
World Bank, Western
European, UK, HK or United States based, or other Bank acceptable
to
the
Seller.
PROCEDURES OF BUSINESS:
The Parties agree upon the following closing procedure:
*- Buyer
issues ICPO with full banking info and soft prove authorization
(Top *5 Western Bank)
*- Seller
and Buyer both sign / seal the SP-Contract and consider it as the
official and final Contract copy.
*- Buyer’s
bank issues within 7 (Seven) Days bank days after signing of
Contract the Irrevocable, Transferable DLC.
*- Seller´s
bank The Seller´s Bank issues 1 % (One percent) Performance Bond
Guarantee to Buyer´s Bank within 7 to *0 bank days after issuance
by Buyer`s bank of the Irrevocable Transferable DLC for First
trial shipment.
*- Buyer
specifies port(s) of discharge and with port handling details with
capacity and details in the separate Appendix to this
contract.
*- Seller
specifies the delivery schedule in the separate Appendix to this
Contract.
The delivery schedule must report the dates of shipments, name of
vessel(s) and the quantity of the Commodity to be loaded. If not
available it will be sufficient to state “TBN” To Be
Nominated.
*- Delivery
commences as per contract.
