Dear Buyers,

 I am pleased to offer Iron Ore fines directly from exporter.The esporter is in joint venture with the mine owner in Chile and Mexico.

 Seller possesses own vessel ranging from *0,**0 MT toCape size. Loading rate is *0,**0 MT per day. Mine is having their own port.

 We take orders of *0,**0 MT min per month. Yearly and long terms contracts are welcome.

 Payment terms : DLC shall be opened by the Buyer from a Prime Top *5 International Bank, with bank confirmation upon the signing of the contract, The DLC will be *5% (ninety-fiveper cent) of theeachshipment value payable at sight and balance5% (fivepercent) is final payment of the shipment value will be paid after CIQ at the discharging port.   

 Performance Bond:Seller shall issue a 2%non-operative performance bond (PB) in favor of buyer in an amount in US$ to cover 2% of trial shipment within2 days upon receipt Pre-advice MT***9 from buyer’s bank.The performance bond (PB) will be activated by the buyer’s bank instrument and valid for **0 days from the issuing date.
