Qur Sargassum Seaweed is sun dried to perfection, just right to retain about *5 - *7 moisture content, and may contain no more than about 3% impurities, with a maximum length of *5 cm. We choose to sun dry our sea vegetable rather than freeze drying or oven drying, because the sun rays kill harmful bacteria that are present in freshly harvested seaweed, and by doing so prevent the destruction of the sodium alginate and natural vitamins and minerals,
