Ferro Tube takes the pride in its ability to custom design and
manufacture the Top loading arms for customers specific
applications, existing orientation and limitations of their product
filling gantry/ loading rack.
Standard design and specifications for our Top loading arms are as
below:
> Manufactured in many configurations with suitable overall
length to reach the furthest filling nozzle very quickly and
without re-spotting the vehicle. Please refer our website to know
the details of 7 different popular models.
> Standard size is 3" and other available sizes are 2", 4" and
6".
> Constructed of carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel or any
necessary combination of the aforementioned. For petroleum
products, combination of carbon steel and aluminum is most
preferred.
> Split flange type swivel joints with Viton seals are standard.
Seals of other MOC is supplied on customers specific
requirements.
> Inlet/ base flange is WNRF, **0# as per ASME B*6.5 to
suit installation piping. Other intermediate flanges are either
TTMA or SORF, **0#.
> Torsion spring is standard. Compression spring unit on
demand.
> A highly sensitive, small and compact model of Vacuum breaker
is provided as standard.
> Several other components can be provided as 'optional' such as
Filling & Parking position locks, ball valve at drop tube,
position & over-spill sensors, vapor recovery attachment, T-
deflector etc.
