reduced, in the best performance at pH =
7.Heat-stable, in a rapid increase
in viscosity below *0 ℃, *5 ℃ when
the change is slow, *0 ℃ heat can make
it over for a long time variability

significantly. Soluble in water, the
solution transparent; very stable in alkaline
solution, is easy with acid hydrolysis,
