Banana screen is designed by filling banana multi-stage screen decks on the linear screen. A big slope screen deck at the inlet descends step by step in a given quantity angles to outlet , which can more materials have high screening speed and thinner materials layering through screen deck. Because massive materials pass through slope quickly, this early layering makes fine grain more quickly approach the screen deck and get through gap without barrier, so banana screen has higher screening efficiency and capacity which is 1.5 to 2 times more than traditional classification screen.The Linatex Banana Screen is a high capacity, thin layer and high velocity machine.
