Powerful and Reliable Engine of Drill Carriage
1. Adopt famous *-cylinder
diesel engine as driving force which has advantages of large power, powerful grade-ability, small vibration and reliable operation.
 
2. Adopt patent diesel engine air inlet regulating device (Patent No. : ***********6.3) and desert air filter two-stage filter. That strengthens the crawler rock drill’s adaptability to severe environment and lengthened the diesel engine’s service life.
 
 
Adjustable boom of Drill Carriage
 
Boom is adjustable. The angle of drilling hole and height of horizontal hole can be adjusted by controlling the stretch-out and draw-back of the hydro-cylinder. That enlarges the drilling hole’s range and improve the machine’s adaptability.
 
Reliable hydraulic system of Drill Carriage
1. Adopt special hydraulic components. That improves the system’s stability and reliability.
2. Install oil liquid cooling device, to eliminate the exothermic hydraulic oil’s influence to the system
3. Oil supplied by two independent gear pumps, reliable operation, strong adaptability, easy maintenance.
4. Adopt gear transmission and soft connection, possessing compact structure and stable operation.
 
 
Humanized design of Drill Carriage
 
1. Adapt swing-beam type travelling control mechanism. It can be operated at the side or back position, adapt to travelling on the mountain road.
