Lactate is white crystal powder. It has
special sour odour and can be easily dissolved in water. Its
molecular formular is C4H3NaO4 and molecular weight is **8.*6. It
can be used as sour odour additives, flavouring additives and
antioxidants. It is widely used in the production industry of wine,
beverage, sugar, powder fruit juice, fruit cans etc.
