Constant hydrostarter face
driver is mainly used on the forming lathe, CNC lathe and common
lathe to process axis type workpiece. Put in only one collet, you
can get all dimensions of the workpiece’s exterior. Use the
workpiece’s centre hole to locate. We can guarantee the quality.
Driving plate propelled by three floating hydraulic cylinder to
stab to the end of workpiece and made the work piece rotate. When
the end face and the axis in not perpendicular within 5 degree,
constant face driver can work regularly. Constant face drivers used
to be provided with driving center’s body together with changing
centre and driver, please mention specification on the individual
order. Also we can manufacture changing able center and driver
plate.
We also supply Precision light -duty live center, precision
edium-duty live center, precision heavy live center, medium-duty
live center, multi-purpose live center, bull nose center, head
center,half -notched center, carbide half-notched center, carbide
center etc.
The medium-duty live center is assemble with ball bearing.
Applicatable to pipes turing. The shaft adpot alloy steel and heat
treament( HRC*0 degree ± 2 degree) super steel trait and
durable.
