【Product Description】DY***2 2D automatic dispensing robot is high-quality two axis coating equipment specially designed for circular pieces AB mixed coating. It can be used for variety of round products adhesive and coating, and its motion parameters are convenient to change. It has high repeated location accuracy with superior motion performance and low noise. It can fix types of fixtures on U axis to meet different customers’ need.

1.It can be used for single colloid、AB mixed gel linear coating and dispensing;

2.Front to back、left to right、up to down manually adjusting mechanism makes it available to work piece coating of different diameters;

3.2D location moving was controlled by stepper motor, processing and repeated location are accurate.

4. Point can be adjusted so as to make it convenient to operate;

5. Stepping rotation of U axis can accurately locate the work piece rotation;

6.Unique vacuum adsorption function of U axis makes it convenient to load work pieces.
