then this spot contract will automatically turn into a term

Delivery : FOB Tartous Terminal agreed by the
parties.
Price : FOB Tartous per net U.S.BBL free from water and
sediments
at sixty degree F. based on B/L quantity in USD according to the
average
of mean quotations (high/low) for Brent DTD as published in five
Platt's
crude oil Market wire quotations previous to the first day of the
agreed laycan ,
minus a discount of USD (2.*0) (only two point five zero),
the A/M price is the
price of NOV ***1 cargo. The price for each month will be
determined by seller.
