GENERAL PROCEDURES

1. Trade Exchange supplies this soft offer. Interested Buyer requests Sourcing Agreement.

2. Buyer signs and returns Sourcing Agreement along with ICPO to include specifications and logistics. Buyers must also send along Corporate Profile.

3. Trade Exchange validates Buyer and submits paperwork to selected Supplier.

4. Seller issues FCO and/or Contract for review.

5. Buyer executes FCO and/or Contract and returns to Seller along with any requested financial verification or specific supplier terms.

6. Seller provides Commercial Invoice and validation instructions.

7. Buyer verifies product and releases funds for payment including commissions.
