Principle and structure:

XZS series vibrating sieve uses vertical motor as the source of vibration, equipped eccentricity hammer on the both sides of the motor. Adjust the phase angle on the both sides of the top and bottom changing the movement orbits (Motion Trajectory) on the surface screen. When the material is fed in to the centre of top screen, it vibrates around its central axis in a gyratory motion, promoting the flow of material across the screen. Undersize material passes rapidly through the screen during its travel to the periphery and over sized material get continuously discharged through a special outlet.
