With the innovation and study, its academy has successfully developed the technology of producing hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC) spiral pipe with *******0 mm. in diameter, equipment and plastic sectional material for particular use with the pipe, which fills up the void of large caliber pipe technology in the world and awarded with PCT international patent. This patent technology can be used in municipal infrastructures sewage, e.g. Channel, agricultural irrigation, building, road culvert, telecommunication pipe network.

This pipe can be made with small equipment at site. Low weight, easy to transport and handle, low cost of procurement. The special equipment can produce pipe as well as the joint. It can resist acid and alkali corrosion. Suitable for in-door and out-door installation without intrinsic alteration to its quality. It has higher impact resistance. Using water-based adhesive melting and welding both ends of the material planks to form strong joints preventing water leakage. Its light weight facilitates transportation and site construction, saving installation costs. Its excellent flexibility can easily conform to the contours of the pipe canals and overcoming obstructions during installation. The High-density PVC pipes have life spans up to *0 years. Its smooth inner surface helps to reduce the energy loss due to friction and prevent accumulation of sediments. The pipe system has been tested by health authorities and approved for use. Sand blasting test has proved that the pipes have four times greater resistance than that of the steel pipes.
