Performance Characteristics:

Cold work mould steel, quench-hardening ability、the hardness of tempering、wear resistance and strength are better than Cr*2.

Applications:

All kinds of cold blunt mould and tools, such as punching concave die, trimming, roll mould, steel plates、deep drawing die, circular saws, standard tools and gauge, thread rolling mould and so on.

Heat Treatment Standard:

1)Quenching, **0 ~ ***0 centigrade cold oil；2) Quenching ***0 ℃, **0 ℃ tempering 2 hours.

Mechanical properties:

Hardness: annealing, **5 ~ **7 HB, creasing diameter 3.8 ~ 4.2 mm; Quenching,more than or equal to *8 HRC
