Organic Heat Carrier
Heater
The Organic Heat Carrier heater is a new type of thermal equipment,
which uses coal, or oil as fuel, takes heat conduction oil as a
circular medium for heat supply. It is the technological flow of
using a high temperature circular pump in order to actualize
forced, blocked out circulation for heat conduction oil; the heat
conduction oil shall return to the boiler in order to be warmed up
after it has supplied heat for the heat consumption equipment.
Since it can obtain a higher working temperature
(**0℃approximately) under normal
pressure, and carryout stable heating and effectively control the
working temperature, it does not need any water treatment
equipment, it has higher heat efficiency in the system, convenient
in performance and maintenance;it is thereforea safe, high efficient,
energy-saving, heat energy supply piece of
equipment.
This series of heat conduction furnace is compact in structure,
aesthetic in design, it has a good performance and is simple to
operate. It is extensively used in the textile and
printingindustry, chemical, plastic, paint and
automobile, synthetic fiber, rubber, shipbuilding, foodstuff,
etc….
