Our single-turnplate high speed paper bowl making machine can finish paper bowl forming with only one turnplate. It is designed based on our traditional double-turnplate type paper bowl forming machine. ZBD-W series newly-designed paper bowl formingmachine optimizes its transmission system and enables each independent functional-system to operate smoothly. Thus we can greatly reduce machine-wear caused by machine's inertial movement. By adopting photoelectric failure-detection system, our paper bowl machine's reliable performance is guaranteed, thus offering a high speed and stable operation. This middle speed paper bowl forming machine will auto-stop working when there is a failure. Thus it can greatly improve operation safety standard and help reduce labor force. It simplifies paper bowl forming process.By adopting only one turnplate, this machine can finish paper feeding, gluing, bowl-bottom feeding, heating, knurling, bowl-mouth curling, bowl-collecting, etc. At one stop. It is especially suitable for making paper bowls with a height of *****0mm.
Advantages:
1. It is designed with drum-type cam indexing and positioning,which offers high precision indexing and positioning as a result of its good inertia-resistance capability.
2. Mechanical transmission parts use gear of longitudinal axis to ensure continuity of action and machine stability, to prevent machine collisions
3. Photoelectric failure-detecting system is available. PLC control system for the whole bowl forming process . Servo control to send bottom paper of bowl, deliver bottom when bowl tube come, otherwise no bottom delivery.
4. Switzerland Leister heating device is equipped on bowl body and bottom adhesion step.bowl-bottoms are heated at first before they are fed ,thus improving heating effect and helping guarantee knurling quality.
5. Machine use box type structure design, filling the oil by spray lubrication system, to make machine running fast
