Activated bleaching earth (clay) for oil
Our product Activated Clay is clay of bentonite origin, it is
chemically inert and non-toxic. We got Activated Clay after
bentonite has been processed with acid activation（usually
hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid）, the adsorption properties are
considerably improved. Activated Clay can be reactivated by heating
it to get it to release the substances it has adsorbed, allowing
people to reuse it. Our product Activated Clay has lots of usages;
it is an important petrochemical material. Because Activated Clay
is a naturally occurring porous mineral，so it’s a good absorbent
material adsorbing sediment, impurities and pigments. Activated
Clay can be used for decolorization and refining of oil, grease,
paraffin oil（kerosene） etc. Activated Clay can also be used as
carrier of paraffin wax, decolorizing and cleaning oil cracking
catalyst.
Products type: T and H
Type T uses: The T activated bleaching earth is used in decoloring
of edible animal oil and vegetable oil.
Character: Our activated bleaching earth has strong decoloring
ability. The activated bleaching earth can dredge pigment of
animal, plant oil and carcinogenic substance. Also our activated
bleaching has large specific surface area.
Type H uses: The activated bleaching earth is used for refining
mineral oil, especially lubricating oil, paraffin wax, petrolatum
etc.
Character: The activated bleaching earth has super adsorbility. Our
activated bleaching earth can improve the ability of durables of
lubricating oil and stability, and strengthen the capacity of proof
corrosion and super decoloring rate, kerosene& asphalt
method.
Technology: Our activated bleaching earth accord with the standard
of HG/T ******4.
