Premix production line Introduction:
1. Premix unit is a equipment that produce pre-mixed feed.
2. Generally divided into 4 species: **0 kg/batch, **0
kg/batch, 1, **0 kg/batch, 2, **0 kg/batch. From the ingredient
way, it can divide into the automatic ingredient and manual
ingredient.
3. Major equipment: Mixers, lifting equipment, dust removal
equipment and cleaning equipment.
Mixing equipment mainly have biaxial paddle mixer, the
material is stainless steel.
There are three kind of lifting equipment: One is bucket
elevator, mainly lift large raw materials and carriers; The second
is douche, mainly lift central material; The third is hanging
baskets.
Mainly dusting equipment: Pulse dust collector. Feed port and
discharge port both connect with wind nets and precipitator.
The cleaning equipment mainly have vibrating sieve. Mainly
clean up the groups of raw materials
