ZT.SJ**1 (welding flux) In accordance with GB/T********9 F4A*-H*8A Equivalent to AWS F7A*-EL8 DESCRIPTION:
ZT.SJ**1 is a bonded type Si-Ca
neutral flux with ball form granual of browncolor about ****0 mesh
in size. It can be used on AC or DC powersource and also can be
used large current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy
slag removal and smooth bead appearance.
APPLICATION:
In combination with H*8A,H*0Mn2 wires, this
flux is suitable for welding of structures boilers,
pipelines.
GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1.Dry the flux at ******0℃
for two hours before use
2.Completely remove rust,oil
and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
