ZT.SJD*8 (welding flux) DESCRIPTION:
ZT.SJD*8 is a kind of F-basicity
slag-series agglomerated flux, Its basicity is 2.0, and its size of
whitish grain is ****0mesh. By matching with flux wire 1Cr*3,
2Cr*3, 3Cr*3etc for surfacing welding, there is no C increment and
less Cr loss. It has smooth welding bead with good slag removal
specially at high temperature. The smooth welding parts leaves no
dots or other flaw, so it is suitable for the submergedarc
surfacing welding of hot roller, The surfacing layer has high
hardness, anticorrosion. By matching with
H*0Cr*1Ni*0,H*0Cr*9Ni*2Mo2 wire, it can be used for the welding of
super low carbon stainless steel and heat-resisting steel,
surfacing Layer-hardness HRC ≥*5.
GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1. Dry the flux at ******0℃ for
2 hours before use.
2. Completely remove rust, oil
and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
