ZT.HJ**1(Hign Manganese-oxide welding flux)

DESCRIPTION:
    ZT.HJ**1 is a fused type hign manganese-oxide flux with vitreous granules of red dish brown to light yellow color ,about ***0 mesh in size. It is suitable for use with AC or DCEP. This flux is of a good welding usability.
 
APPLICATIONS:
 In combination with H**8A、H*8MnA and H*0Mn2 wires, this flux is suitable for welding of low carbon steels and some low alloy steel such as *6Mn、*5MnV in producing of structures, boiler, ships, pressure vessels, etc. It cn also be sued for electroslag welding.
 
GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1.Dry the flux at **0℃ for 2 hours before use
2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
