1. The machine is mainly used for the primer and top coat on the flat linefurniture, floor, flat door, craft productssurface. It ensures the surface of paint to be smooth, with good plumpness, and no chromatic difference.
2. Conveyer belt, applicator rollers, doctor rollers adopt imported motors and frequency conversion speed, which make the paint thickness better controlled.
3. Applicator rollers, doctor rollers, scraper can choose different working methods according to the different needs, making the operation more easy and flexible.
4. This machine can be applicable to UV, PU, PE, NC and water-borne paintsetc. The paint can be recycled.
5. Equipped with 5 sets frequency converter or PLC, each unit can be used independently and the processing become more accurate.
