Usage:
Propylene Glycol Alginate is widely used in food industry because of following special properties:
1. Hydrophilic Ability
Propylene Glycol Alginate can be dissolved in water and form thickness solution easily and widely used in food industry as thickener, emulsifier andstabilizer.
2. Acid Resistance
Propylene Glycol Alginate can exist in acid( PH value: 3 to 5) stably and used infruit juice and lactic acid drinks.
3. Emulsifying and foamingability
Propylene Glycol Alginate is good at Emulsifying and foaming and widely used in yogurt, flavouring and beer( as foam stabilizer).
