USM- is a standard two
bedroom on e bath modular home which is easily upgraded to
a�four�bedroom 2 bath home in less than a week.

USM is built with sturdy 4
x8 Greenheart Panels with bolts which can be tightened at *0
percent to give great flexibility so as not to collapse in an
earthquake.

a structure which will�be able to withstand Hurricane
Conditions
USM panel�s connectivity
strength can be increased with increasing the number of bolts
between panels and from bottom of panels to flooring and from top
of panel to trusses thus allowing for ability to withstand
hurricane conditions.

a structure which is fire resistant.
USM is constructed with
Greenheart Lumber which is known for its superior fire resistant
qualities, rated Grade A with Lloyds of London and used as
firewalls in ports and buildings.

a structure which will allow for the deployment as an emergency
house.
USM �is fully self
sufficient�with solar power and a waterless toilet and a **0 gallon
water tank fed from the guttering thus covering�electricity, water
storage and sewage.

a structure which would use renewable energy as much as possible to
save money for the family.
USM comes with a solar cell
to allow for the supply of electricity. This eliminates or reduces
the need for power for lighting, TV, Fans and other basic
electrical requirements.

a structure which would use as little water as possible or use it
with highest efficiency.
The unit comes with a
waterless toilet. This unit uses sawdust and rice grain mixture to
provide a compost base which when fully exhausted can be used to
produce biogas and fertilizer. Client may also opt of septic tank
as in materials list.

The unit is on columns
which can be lengthened or shortened to meet the requirements of
any terrain. This allows for the construction on land which would
normally be deemed unsuitable for affordable housing.

The unit is able to be
packed in a kit which allows for two units to fit in a *0ft
container. This allows for easy trucking and transport. In addition
the heaviest panel can be lifted by 4 men to facilitate the
deployment to harsh terrain.

infrastructure is not available.
�In an emergency situation
where the infrastructure had been damaged or destroyed this unit is
ideal and allows the survivor to easily get back to a semblance of
normalcy.

conditional��guarantee on unit but, the various parts of the unit
have individual guarantees which exceed the *0 years.

the house although low priced, to lend to a certain pride in the
unit.
