    The material used are all A*0 and above aluminium ingot. Never use aluminum waste or recyle ingot.       Temper : T5, T6

    The aluminium purity is above *9%.

2. Surface Treament : mill finish, anodized, electrophoresis, powder coating, wood grain, matted, etc.

    Color : Silver, Champagne, Bronze, Pearl black and golden color for anodizing,sandblast and  electrophoretic profiles.

                 Any color based on Standard Germany RAL Mark for powder coating profiles.

    Thickness : above 0.7mm .  Special &small profiles can reconsider.

    Composite Film: Class A film thickness≥*0µm

                                    Class Bfilm thickness ≥*6µm

    Application : industrial machine, heat sink, rolling shutter door, solar panel frame ,window and door,sliding window and door, casement window and door, thermal break window and door, glass curtain wall,fishing rod ,decorative profiles etc.
