Pirotex is conceptually new equipment based on closed pyrolysis. It is designed for recycling and utilization of rubber- and polymer-containing wastes, oil sludge and waste oils. As a result of mechanical rubber goods and waste tires recycling in the closed pyrolysis unit greater volume of liquid fuel is produced in comparison with the use of open pyrolysis unit.

Pirotex is highly ecological product. It has nearly no emissions. The equipment is automated to the maximum that allows reducing of human labor to elementary operations such as loading and unloading of crucible from the furnace.

Tyre recycling in the unit Pirotex allows production of derived products of better quality. Mini plant for tires recycling can be used for plastics, oil sludge and waste oils recycling.
