***0SB series sand pumps are supplementary pumps, newly designed and manufactured according to features of petroleum and natural gas drilling equipment. Such pumps, adopting axial suction structures and using wear-resistant cast iron for flow-passing parts, applicable to deliver corrosive drilling fluid (with suspended particulates) or other liquid media under similar work condition, are the best optional pumps of sand removers, mud recovers and mixing hoppers as well as perfect perfusion pumps of mud pumps. For design of their parameters, that equipment with which such pumps are used together can operate under the best work condition has been fully considered. These pumps are mainly characterized by good versatility and exchangeability of parts, less leakage of shaft seal, reliable operation, long service life and convenient maintenance.

Sand pumps ***0SB8×6 and SB6×5 are respectively recommended to be used with drillers over ***0m and below ***0 m.

***0SB series sand pumps have *2 specifications at present, which may also be derived more specifications as per the different requirements of the customer to the performance, power and motor. Sealing of ***0SB series sand pumps are of one types: mechanical seal . Main seal is mechanical seal with high wearing hard alloy that is with a long life; auxiliary seal of mechanical seal is carbon fibre packing seal that can avoid accidents. The practice has demonstrated that ***0SB series sand pump seal is reliable and convenient for maintenance.

Bearings of ***0SB series are lubricated with oil. In addition, bearings can also be lubricated with grease (bearing caps at two ends of bearings are equipped with grease nipples).

Both inlet flanges and outlet flanges of ***0SB series sand pumps are with standard dimensions, in English system for foreign users and in metric system for domestic users.
