● Each slitter and scorer is controlled by electric
sensor, which can real-time show precise dimension running
condition accurately. Even if the screw be wored, can also be
accurate positioning each scorer and slitter. It can solve the
weakness of traditional encoder, which correct within or around ten
days.
● There are three types for scorings, conves to
concave, conves to flat, conves to conves.
Standard structure for single
machine:
A. It can pre-score (must change
scorer wheel);
B. When the scoring type is conves to
flat, the min scoring width can be 0 mm. It also can arrange the
next order in advance.
High-class structure for single machine ( for
optional):

● This machine equipped with down-knive structure which
is better to protect the printing paper when the printing paper
face down.

scorer wheel combines to be the paper feeding power, which is
better for the synchronous of the scorer, slitter and
cardboard
● Knives are made of high quality tungsten steel. Oil
cooling and blower cooling applied together to improve the
paperboard’s quality and prolong the blades’life.
● Resin piece as the uxiliary tool for cutting paper,
with separate drive prower. And with overrun clutch to ensure the
consistency between the line speed of resin piece and speed of
production line.
● Vehicle translation agency can adjust the scorer
without reducing the working speed. Protect the accuracy of the
scorer and increase the production line speed.
