Facing the influx of foreign
products to take a large market share in China, whie the extensive
use of domestic equipment by rescue teams when in disaster relief,
introspecting the merrits and faults of our present products , our
company designed a breathing apparatu featuring small size , stable
performance , small breathing resistance and comfort breathing to
reduce fatigue especially under the great amount of hard work
, convenience and easy maintenance after use .
The newly-designed breathing apparatu has improved a lot in its
design compared with foreign products. and achieved eight key
technologies for utility model:
(1). Using peripheral Quantified Oxygen Devices to make the
adjustment of the oxygen flow more convenient and
reliable.
(2). Using the structural design of making the exhaling air
directly into the lower part of the respiratory compartment to
bring about overpressure emission of the waste air.
(3). By reducing the screw,clamp and
other joints, performance is made more secure and maintainance
easier.
(4). The respiratory compartment is seperated by the purifying tank
fixed at the big hole at the centre of the respiratory
compartment into the upper compartment and lower
compartment. In this way the inhaling air is cleaned by
the purifying tank , contains less carbon dioxide within the
effective rescue time and the respiratory resistance is small
.
(5). Using two positive pressure springs to design positive
pressure compartment mechanism.
(6). A backflow barrier is used at the end of self compensating
valve and hand filling valve to effectively prevent condensed water
from flowing into the the pipe , largely extending the time for
replacement of gas canister.
(7). The compartment structure makes the purifying and maintenance
of the OBA very convenient after carrying the OBA, the whole
process can be completed within just a few minutes. It is known to
be the the most convenient and efficient among the breathing
apparatus.
