Description:
Natural keratin hair as raw material, the product is formed by hydrochloric acid hydrolysis, and then by deacidification, desalination and spray drying. Contains *7 kinds of free L-amino acids, among them 6 kinds of essential amino acids (L-threonine, L-valine, L-methionine, of L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, L-lysine ), content of about *5%; semi-essential amino acids (L-arginine, L-histidine) content of about *0%; all of the total amino acid content of about *0%. Each amino acid content is as in the following table:
Property: Yellow powder, soluble in water, strong moisture absorption, with a rich sauce flavor.
Applications:
a. Used in the feed:
1, Flavor enhancer, to promote animal appetite. This product has rich sauce flavor , delicious with nearly *0% of the glutamic acid content, adjust the feed taste, and the promote animal appetite.
2, Rapid supplement animal nutrition, enhance the efficiency of feed utilization.All the amino acids in this product are hydrolyzed to free amino acids, there is no digest losses, good for the animal to absorb fast; due to the compound effects of multiple amino acids,it can enhance the absorption of other nutrients; can also make use of the chelating ability of amino acid to trace elements, enhance the utilization of trace elements in the feed.
3, to promote the growth of animal fur.This product is keratin hydrolyzate, rich in cystine, tyrosine, serine and other amino acids in favor of animal skin and hair growth, after eating the animal has ruddy skin and shining fur.
4, with a certain degree of bonding capacity, it help to stereopyte pellets.
b. Used in the fertilizer:Total nitrogen in this product is about *2%, it has both inorganic nitrogen and organic nitrogen, has long-term effect as well as short-acting effect on plant growth. it plays role in nitrogen supplement, suitable for foliar fertilizer spraying, can thus be used as raw materials for chelating trace elements, the better.
c.Fermentation industry:
It can be used directly as amino acid nutrients for preparation of the fermentation broth, replacing soybean meal or other protein hydrolyzate, and enhance the reproduction of bacteria to improve the fermentation yield.
Note:1, the goods can easily absorb moisture, the unused portion must be sealed moisture-proof.
2 added to the feed, do not need to be crushed, mix it after adding the crush of other raw materials in order to avoid adhesion to equipments.

full consideration to the salt content of the product and its the
highest salt content *8% to determine the dosage.
