All the diesel engine ships on the sea uses the engine driven power
delivered to the propulsion unit to move the body. The engine can
suck and compress the air in the cylinder to achieve high pressure
and temperature and it adds liquid fuels to this for natural
ignition that creates the explosion energies to drive the main
body. After the air suction and explosions, the high temperature
gas is emitted, the valve spindle plays the role of opening or
closing the door for this gas.
Due to the characteristics of the ship exhaust valve spindle, the
exhaust valve spindle requires high resistivity against heats, high
temperature, corrosions and abrasions. Since it is very difficult
to obtain the raw materials, many researchers are studying
alternatives(low costs) for them. Our company is also working very
hard to find those alternatives because we believe that there will
be a great market opportunity for them. Starting with the following
dura-spindle, we are applying the latest methods, excellent
qualities and cost reduction methods to diversify the scope of our
