Gypsum is laminated to the back of the tiles to increase mechanical strength and sound and thermal insulation. Standard sizes range from **0 x **0 mm (or *2" x *2") to ***0 x ***0 (or 4' x 8'). Other sizes are available. They come with a single thickness of *5 mm. Contact Bony for details.
These tiles are made from high density glass wool and quality gypsum boards. The gypsum part comprises the back face. The front face is covered with fiberglass tissue. Straight edges are not bare fiberglass without any coating. These tiles may be glued to drywalls. A grid system may also be employed for installion.
