The manufacturing process is as
follows:
Firstly wind a layer of lining film around the
mandrel, and then spread a layer of surface yarn; they are
completed by appropriate winding machine. In accordance with the
design requirements, distribute yarn, chopped yarn, quartz sand,
polyester resin on the proper positions (based on the winding
technology) of the mandrel. Finally, use a layer of surface yarn.
After winding, the pipe is operated to the curing position and
conducted on-line cutting and
grinding.
