Equipments for
manufacturing are as below:

Casting modeling
and core making sand adopt continuous-type sand mixer or fixed-type
sand mixer; sand mould binder adoptsTechnique of Ester-Cured
Alkaline Phenolic Resin（be short
forα-set
method）, making the weight tolerance
grade increase from“MT” to Grade *2—*4, surface roughness can be
increased into *5—*0μm.
Heat treatment
process applies *0㎡, *5㎡, *8㎡, *4㎡, *2㎡ trolley-type heat treatment
furnace, main fuel is the cleanest nature gas.
The lever of
mechanical machining process equipments is high. There’re more than
*0 units equipments, adoptingΦ**0 CNC floor-type milling and
boring machine,Φ*0m CNC vertical lathe and so
on, which may meet the overall dimensions of *0m×6m×3m, machining of heavy casting
of **0 tons-weight.
Quality test has more than *0 sets inspection equipments, such
as direct-reading spectrometer with *6 channels, metallographic
microscope, ultrasonic fault detector and so on.

The products can satisfy the requirements of many industries,
including ship, aerospace, nuclear power, electric station,
metallurgy, chemical industry, railway and automobile.
