Introduction:

(optional italy air spindle), also match with rotary axis, can
process cylinder products.
3. This machine
adoptbilateral drive, ensure the
machine smooth movement;X Y Axis are Taiwan AMT high
precision square linear guide rail, and high
precision special process rack to guaranteed machine bearing
heavy
in high speed.
4. Discharged rotary axis
adopt lathe tool chuck(Positive and negative claw) and back
thimble. The back thimble adopt Taiwan AMT square liner guide rail,
extremely precisely concentricity. The tool chuck is made by ZL***2
whole casting precision processing, which can produce Max diameter
**0mm,Max. length ***0mm, and weight can be up to *0kg workpiece,
also match with the workpiece balance roller .
5. In the platform can
place one or two discharged type rotary axis. The rotary axis can
be discharged when engrave plane board, multi-usage, save machine
purchase cost, expand the scale of production.
6. If you interested in
the rotary axis diameter more than **0 mm, we recommend you to use
the fixed rotary axis, which can save loadisng and unloading time,
and the machine adopt separate design drive system, you just press
the button can to be work.
Software
function:
1. The
machine can engrave any picture or design, support scanning, direct
support UG, ArtCAM, Type3, CorelDraw, Proe,Ucancam, carved and
other G code format generated by CAD/CAM and other
software.
2. The
adopts Shanghai weihong PCI control card CNC system(contact
with computor), can do breakpoint renewal carving, without
electricity memory function, can realize completely offline
operation.
Application
scope:
Plane engraving used in
stereo wave plates, cupboard door, solid wood door, process door ,
Avoid lacquer door, screen, process picture frame, tea table, the
head of a bed, archaize furniture, Buddha wingceltis
anaglyph,carved and mill process.
The rotary axis
applicate to square and cylinder engraving, such as hardwood,
marble, white marble material, cylindrical embossment, stair
anaglyph pillar, the figure of Buddha, arts and crafts Character
and animals , tea table leg, bed leg, etc.
