Procedure & Conditions Precedent:

OPTION A: 

1. Buyer confirms Soft Corporate Offer and issues ICPO with Bank Details

 2. Seller issues draft contract to implement this agreement and after signing, copies are exchanged via email or courier. Both parties lodge contract in their respective Banks and buyer issues BCL not older than one week old.

 3. Seller confirms above and provides PPOP as proof of product to Buyer’s Bank.

 4. Buyer’s Bank confirms PPOP and issues **0% Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable or Non transferable Non-operative ARDLC to Seller’s Bank.

 4. Within 5 banking days Seller’s bank issues 2% Performance Bond to make DLC Operative and Full POP via swift or secured email to Buyer’s Bank.

 5. Buyer releases payment to the Seller and out-turn shipment delivered per lot via SWIFT funds transfer within 3 banking days after uploading.

 6. Shipment Commences as scheduled, within ****5 days the Seller makes the first delivery under the present Contract terms and conditions.

 Yard visit and loading Inspection is allowed after buyer’s Bank receives 2%PBG and LC is Open
