Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) profile is an environment friendly new
product. It adopts wood powder( like saw dust, etc) and waste
plastics (mainly PE, PP and PVC) as raw material.
Now the WPC profile is widely applied in building and gardening
field. It can be doors, flooring, decking, fences, etc.
The production procedure includes:
1. Raw material mixing (Plastic, wood powder and other
additives)
2. WPC pellets production ( After mixing, put the mixed material
into the pelletizing line to get WPC pellets, this procedure can
make the plastic and wood in good comination.)
3. WPC profile production ( The production line take the WPC
pellets as raw material, can be equipped with different moulds to
produce different profiles.)
