Description:
Light yellow to light free-flowing dry powder consists of fine
spherical particles.
Composition:
The particles contain microencapsulated microbial oil rich in
arachidonic acid (ARA) that is embedded in a matrix of gum Arabic
(E**4), sucrose and coated with starch. The product contains sodium
ascorbate (E**1), ascorbyl palmitate (E**4), lecithin (E**2) and
DL-alpha-tocopherol (E**7) as antixidants.
