Bauxite Ceramsite (Ceramic Proppant Sand Oil) Production Technology and Equipments:

1, Broken: the size of mining bauxite is generally about **0 ~ **0mm, containing a small amount of water. Generally using the jaw crusher and hammer crusher to reduce the particle size ≤ 8mm.
 2, Ingredients: bauxite, manganese, and other types of feed back materials are transported to their own material warehouses. Belt conveyer scale is set at the warehouse to measure the material dosing automatically.
 3, Grinding: it is the ball mill with the functions of drying and grinding and powder concentrator of high-efficiency form a closed circuit system to achive grinding efficiency.
 4, Ball: the raw material powder lays in the raw material database storage. Usually there are 2 to 3 storages to achieve the material outgoing separately as well as collocation outgoing.
 5, Roasting: feed the material into the rotary kiln with a certain slope. With the rotation of the rotary kiln, the materail rolls to the kiln head. While baring coal is injected into the kiln through the kiln head burning material inside, the material will be calcined into a high-strength ceramsite sand.
 6, Coal equipment: there are many machineries suitable for this work. And with the develoment of technology, most of this series of devices are easy to adjust their parameters.
