Instruction for
user
1. Applied burs: the shank diameter
must confirm to ISO standard of 1.***1.*0mm so don’t use bent,
irregularly worn, damaged or non-standard burs.
2. Changing burs: For push-button
type, press the head cap until the head cap latch down, and load or
unload the burs. Insert the burs into the head until it stops or
it’s easy to fall off. For screw type, use the matched chuck wrench
with the bayonet mounted on the side outlet of cartridge head, then
push the side knob into the middle hole in the head cap; make a
turn in the counter-clockwise direction and burs are ready to
remove. To mount a bur, turn the knob in the clockwise
direction.
3. Changing cartridges: Unload the
cap with special wrench provided by our company and remove the
broken cartridge. For mounting new cartridge, insert the cartridge
into the head, push the cartridge down, turn and further tighten
with the head cap wrench.
Cleaning and
maintenance
Clean the surface of handpiece with
the content of *0% alcohol or containing ammonium, acid, and
chlorine disinfection liquid. Don’t put hand into the disinfecting
liquid to clean. Lubricate the handpiece prior to the high
temperature disinfection. The cartridge must be lubricated twice
daily. The lack of right cleaning maintenance can make handpiece to
premature aging, while proper cleaning and maintenance will make
its service life longer.
The handpiece can also be directly
put into the sterilizing furnace with **5℃ to sterilize for *5
minutes, or **1℃ for *0 minutes.
Use safety
instruction
If the handpiece is not used for a
long time, it must be cleaned and sterilized according to the
instructions, and stored in dry place. If handpiece makes abnormal
noise, or excessively swing, or bur is loose and some conditions
like this, please contact the local product suppliers, or Sunda
Dental.
Cautions
The products by our company are
used only for dental professionals during the dental treatment so
other uses are not recommended. This product is high-speed turbine
handpiece, so please use with caution. Product packaging and
transportation requirements are stipulated in the contract, and the
products should be stored in the package indoor with the relative
humidity of not more than *0%, no corrosive gas and
well-ventilated. In order to prevent medical accidents, please
follow the instructions to use. The responsibility of the user
include: only use not damaged tools; make sure the correct use of
the handpiece; prevent patient and the third party from any danger;
prevent the products from any pollution; please don't spray or jet
on wound in case thrombus will form or skin will be affected.
