Working Principle:

Cement U shaped Forming Machine
1. Usage: this machine is widely used to produce the Cement U channels,�ladder shaped Channel, Paver, and Curbstone, and cement Block with different mould.

2. Advantage: high efficiency and low investment, easy to operate. The U channels are welcomed and used in the water drainage, water conservancy�and water saving, or for storm water, sewage.

3. Working principle:� there is an electric motor and magic vibrator in the mould, and there is hydraulic system at presser head of the machine. Then the vibrator produces the vibration force to make the concrete solid and density. And the Presser head will come down when finishing feed concrete, which helps form the end joint.��After that, with the manual trolley, to transport�the concrete Channel to the yard, the mould can be taken off instantly.� Then the mould can be used for recycle production.
