Natural rubber (NR) mainly consists of Rubber
Hydrocarbon(Polyisoprene), and also containing a small amount of
protein, water, resin acids, sugars and inorganic salts. NR is
feature with strong elastic elongation, high strength, high tear
resistance, excellent electrical insulation, abrasion resistance
and drought tolerance, also with good workability and easy to
adhere to other materials. It is better than the majority of
synthetic rubber in the comprehensive performance. The disadvantage
is that its low resistances to oxygen and ozone, aging and
deterioration easily; poor oil and solvent resistance, intolerant
to acid, alkali and corrosion; besides, its thermostability is not
high. Operating temperature range: **0 ? to **0 ?. NR is used
widely in production of tires, rubber shoes, rubber hose,
tape,insulation and sheathing of wire and cable, and other common
products. Especially suitable in the manufacture of the Vibration
Eliminator, Engine Shock Absorbers, machine support, rubber-metal
suspension components, elastomer diaphragm, molded products.
