This series of
Frp square cross-flow cooling towers are applied the design of
lateral air inlet,and let the air mix with the filler,then exchange
the hot water medium through the fan near the top,and at last
letout the hot wet air. In order to improve the rigidity,and avoid
the direct water droping,the filler applied the point wave plate
with salient point which can improve the forming ability of the
water film.

efficient heat exchange filler which is specialized for the design
of this series of cooling tower can greatly increase the heat
exchange area.Its space requirement and the weight are greatly
reduced compared to the original HBLD and HBLCD
series.

ventilation resistance of the filler and efficient Frp
mechanical wing type fan which designed by Tsinghua University can
save enegy and reduce the noise effectively.We can also base on the
requirements of the customers to apply the double speed motor to
save power.

Frp mechanical wing type fan and motor which designed by Tsinghua
University can reduce the operating noise which is confirmed to
meet the requirements of environmental protection.

corrosion resistance
With excellent
corrosion resistance Frp material and mixed with light stabilizer
in gel coat resin as the basic material of the body of cooling
tower has good aging resistance performance and no fade in the
long-term.In order to improve the ability of corrosion resistance,
we will add the galvanized process on its surface,you need no
corrosion protection in its normal life.
5.Convenient
installation
We can change
the combibation and adjust the appearance according to customer’s
site situation.If the customer’s space is very limited,we can meet
to the special design requirements.

maintenance
This series of
cooling tower is modular design,and the adjacent air chamber are
separated from each other,which make it very convenient to clean
filler,water pipe and water tank even during its normal operate
