totally organic, natuarelly,...We do not use any chemically
manure or spraying.
Everything is doing by our hands - collection, cleaning.
W collect our fruits of olive in the autumn (the end of October
until December), after we used to leave our fruit in water for
max.****5 days and then we do our totally nature olive oils.
