Working principle:
After being compressed through hot pump, the first-effect secondary
steam is supplied to the first-effect heating , so that large
amount of steam is saved and production cost is reduced.
Equipment composition:
First-effect heater, first-effect evaporation chamber, hot pump,
second-effect heater, second-effect evaporation chamber, condenser,
liquid receiving tank, a set of pipe and valve in the system.
Temperature index:
Live steam pressure 0.**0.7Mpa, first-effect heating temperature
*0C, first-effect evaporation temperature *5C, second-effect
heating temperature *5C, second-effect heating temperature
*5C,seconde-effect evaporation temperature *5C.
Steam consumption:
The steam-water ratio is 0.***0.*7kgsteam/kg water , it can save
*4% energy and *0%water than the dual-effect concentrator
without hop pump.
