The conventional manufacturing
process for such tungsten balls was pressing and sintering. This
process, by design, is slow and thus expensive. By modifying this
process, we have managed to dramatically lower the manufacturing
cost, without compromising quality
The density of Tungsten shot is *5g/cc
or above as your request (The lead alloy is only *1g/cc.)
The tolerance of Tungsten shot can be
± 0.1mm to ±0.*1mm per your demand
Our
tungsten balls are fully sintered solids, machined and polished to
any surface finish specifications. These are perfect spheres
without any evidence of a split line.
