ash bricks etc. to mix effectively grid, cement, fly ash and small
granule. It is robustly built with heavy steel base and heavy
rollers with hydraulic door open
The essential raw materials are fly ash *0%, Lime *5%, Gypsum 5%
(or cement 8%) and sand or dust *0%. Mix the above ingredients
properly with required quantity of water. When properly mixed,
discharge the mixing by hydraulically operated bottom door opening
through conveyor to the fly ash machine.
The pan mixer is required to
be hopper attached or else the mixer is to be placed in a pit of 3
ft deep.
