material for conveying high temperature materials such as sintered
ore, coke, cement etc. 2.Belt Selection: 1) Depends on both thermal
strain and chemical mechanical stress. Temperature of belt itself
varies upon temperature of materials� composition, properties,
shape and sizes, Belt surface temperature shall be ****0degree when
bigger size of lump of **0degree( coke or sintered ore) with small
touching area on the belt almost no temperature difference between
cement powder and belt. 2)Belt service life has close relationship
with it�s surface temperature which causes covers coming off and
ply separation, the most importance of belt selection depends on
working temperature, ambient temperature, conditions of belt cooled
down when return, belt speed and center distance of the conveyor
system. 3)The thicker cover of the belt the longer service life as
practice, recommended cover thickness: top 4.5mm*8mm and **4mm
bottom.
